About

Have you been so busy taking care of everyone else, that you’ve lost sight of your own goals?

Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed—not yourself anymore?

Are you comfort eating as a coping mechanism?

If so, I can help you attend to your own oxygen mask first. What would it be like if you had support? And some time for you? To relax deeply, feel refreshed and experience joy again.

We juggle so many things, it can feel like a monumental effort just to stay afloat. Hang on in there! You’re not alone.

I’ve experienced the power of hypnosis to gain calmness, clarity and release emotional weight. And I’ve seen it transform many other lives. I’d like to help you discover this amazing, natural ability.

I’ll teach you easy self-hypnosis so that, soon enough, you won’t need me. You’ll be on the right road again, equipped to handle what comes your way.

When you harness parts of your mind outside of conscious awareness, and all parts of you become aligned, life doesn’t feel like a battle any more.

frequently-asked questions

From €90, for a single session, to €950 for a 12-session, 1-to-1 programme.

Prices are given on the page for each service.

Sessions take place via video calls on Zoom, or at my Dublin clinic. In terms of getting results, each is equally effective. It’s about your preference and whichever is more convenient for you.

If you’re booking a programme of sessions, and would like a hybrid arrangement, with some sessions via Zoom and others in the room, please let me know when you’re booking.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. The first session can be a little longer, at about 90 minutes, as there’s paperwork to take care of.

Absolutely! If you’ve a sense this could be for you, book a free 20-minute Zoom call with me. We’ll have a chat about what you want help with and I’ll tell you more about how I work. There’s no obligation. It’s not a sales call; it’s to check out if we’re a good fit for each other.

A single session for relaxation is a lovely gift. Especially for someone who often doesn’t make time for themselves. And it makes a great taster session for someone curious to experience hypnosis.

I also offer a single session that’s perfect for someone with a decision to make, or at a crossroads. It’s a fascinating and enjoyable way to access inner guidance.

For my issue-specific programmes, for binge eating, anxiety, phobias or menopause, it’s important that the person making the booking is the person who is considering coaching with me.

At present my programmes are 1-to-1.

I enjoy working with groups though and am a qualified group facilitator. There’s a clear benefit to participants of having the understanding and camaraderie of others.

So, I’ll be offering group sessions in the future. Please contact me to register your interest in a group session for anxiety, binge eating or menopause.

The [tools I learned] have been the most effective things I’ve ever done for myself. I came wanting solutions. Not to keep revisiting things I know are wrong with me.

my philosophy

As I write, a book on my shelves catches my eye: I Can Make You Thin, by Paul McKenna. Well, I can’t make you anything. And if I could, I wouldn’t want to.

I’d rather educate and facilitate. I believe we all have the wisdom within us we need to come through difficulties, reach goals and make decisions. I don’t see anyone as broken and needing fixing.

It’s about you having more choice. So you take charge of your life and don’t feel you’ve been taken hostage by a bunch of habits, or anyone else’s vision for your life.

I see myself as a coach, not a therapist. I’m someone who’s learnt a bunch of useful tools that have helped me and many others. And I want to pass on these tools to the women who need them most.

I had a tough start in life. I grew up caring for a mum with severe mental illness. It took a heavy toll on me, mentally and physically. I’ve since had help from some incredible coaches and therapists.

Now, I see women in some tough situations, who’ve lost touch with all that is amazing, unique, loveable and inspiring about themselves. And with that, they’ve lost hope.

They’re temporarily unable to access the parts of themselves that could help them thrive. I’ve bucket loads of empathy and admiration for these women.

If you recognise yourself in this, I want to help you rediscover your gifts and strengths. I offer a safe and compassionate space where you’re heard and know you’re not alone.

And, I’ve learned to respect my own energy and capacity regarding how much I can take on. I’ve learned the hard way that it’s crucial to attend to your own oxygen mask first.

Knowing my limits has feeds into to my business model. I reluctantly understand I can’t work with everyone for a fee they can afford. I need to keep a roof over my head, without running myself into the ground.

If my services look like a good fit for you and working 1-to-1 with me on a programme tailored for you feels affordable, I’d love to hear from you.

If this isn’t the case for you at the moment, please keep visiting my website and social media. I’ll be giving away as much useful free content as I can create. And I’ll be investigating ways to source funding to run group workshops for women in local Dublin communities, and for groups online.
